I had a bad running injury a couple of months ago. It happened while I was bowling. Speed bowling.

I have been running. A bit. Today as I ran by a school someone screamed and shouted “Nasty” while pointing at my bearded shirtless frame bouncing alongside the afternoon traffic. Making a kid wince made my day.
