Back on Track

22 miles this week… finally something not embarrassing to put up. I don’t have trouble putting in days, it’s just stringing enough days together to get some reasonable mileage, and this week also it was difficult to have time. Had a few event-shortened runs, due to social engagements, baseball games, etc.

So, we have successfully graduated a few more runners. I haven’t brought it up with any of them, but do you think that we should clue them in? Perhaps even allow them to contribute? Another week, another few miles

Wed: 6 easy
Thurs: off
Fri: 5.5 easy followed by about 2.5 hours of intense ultimate frisbee
Sat: off (should have been 5 but the frisbee wore me out)
Sun: 9 easy plus an hour of tennis
Mon: off, lifted
Today: 3.5 easy (supposed to only be 3), pilates, a kickball game (we won this week!  and I got on base [...]
