Dawdles in the Afternoon

I have been running. A bit. Today as I ran by a school someone screamed and shouted “Nasty” while pointing at my bearded shirtless frame bouncing alongside the afternoon traffic. Making a kid wince made my day.
My legs feel great right now.

Taper

I did 12 on Sunday, 5 Tuesday, and 5 today.  All I’ve got left is a shakeout on Saturday.  And then the thing itself.
